1. It can be distinguished with the naked eye. The sponge is generally yellowish, very elastic, relatively lighter than the three. EVA is a bit hard, it is the heaviest of the three. EPE pearl cotton is generally white, which is very distinguishable sponge. The sponge can be restored to its original shape no matter how you press it, while EPE pearl cotton can be pressed hard.
